Fava beans with Sujuk
Recipe for 2 persons, 10 minutes preparation, 15 minutes cooking
California Garden Fava Beans Peeled Secret Recipe – 1 can
Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Sujuk, sliced – 250g
Bell pepper, chopped – 1
Red chili pepper (To garnish)
In a pot, heat olive oil then add sujuk and cook around 1 minute. Add bell pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring from time to time.
Add California Garden Fava Beans Peeled Secret Recipe and cook for 5 minutes until combined. Garnish with red chili pepper and serve immediately.
Fava beans with pastrami
Recipe for 2 persons, 10 minutes preparation, 15 minutes cooking
California Garden Fava Beans Peeled Secret Recipe – 1 can
Large onion, sliced – 1
Pastrami – 8 slices
Butter – 2 tablespoons
Green chili pepper (To garnish)
In a pan over medium heat, melt butter then add onion and pastrami and cook until well done.
Transfer ¼ quantity of the pastrami and onion mixture to a bowl and keep aside.
Add California Garden Fava Beans Peeled Secret Recipe to the remaining quantity of pastrami and onion. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with pastrami/onion mixture and green chili pepper. Serve immediately.
