2 cans of drained California Garden Fava Beans Lebanese Recipe,
2 medium-sized tomatoes, diced
2 cucumbers, diced
6 radishes, diced
3 spring onions, chopped
To prepare the dressing:
2 teaspoons pomegranate molasses
3 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
White pepper to taste
To garnish:
2 teaspoons pomegranate seeds
In a bowl, combine California Garden fava beans Lebanese recipe, tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes and spring onions.
In another bowl, combine pomegranate molasses, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix well then season with salt and white pepper. Add dressing to the fava beans mixture. Toss until combined.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds then serve.
