2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
400 grams sujuk, sliced
200 grams ready-made tomato sauce
2 cans California garden fava beans egyptian recipe
1 chopped tomato
parsley leaves to garnish
In a pan over medium heat, heat vegetable oil then add onions. When the latter starts to become tender, add garlic cloves and sauté ingredients until translucent.
Add sujuk and stir until the latter is cooked through. Add tomato sauce and stir. Cook for around 3 minutes over medium heat or until mixture boils.
Add California Garden fava beans Egyptian recipe and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes. Add chopped tomato and mix. Cook for 3 more minutes.
Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
