1/3 cup of California Garden Mashed Fava Beans
1/3 cup of California Garden Hummus Tahina Dip
1/3 cup of Labneh
1 Medium-sized tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon of mint, to garnish
9 slices of Ciabatta bread
2 tablespoons of Olive oil + more to drizzle
To prepare the toasts: Align ciabatta slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180⁰C for 10 minutes until toasted.
Spread 2 tablespoons of California Garden Mashed Fava Beans on a slice of toasted ciabatta. Top with chopped tomatoes. Repeat until the mashed fava beans quantity is finished.
Spread 2 tablespoons of California Garden Hummus on a slice of toasted ciabatta. Repeat until the hummus quantity is finished.
Spread 2 tablespoons Labneh on each of the remaining slices of ciabatta.
Drizzle olive oil over the toasts and garnish with chopped mint. Bon appetit
