California Garden Chickpeas, drained - 1 cup
Medium onion, chopped - 1
Cinnamon, ground - ¼ teaspoon
Paprika - ½ teaspoon
Salt - ½ teaspoon
Black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Parsley, chopped - 1½ tablespoons
Rolled oats, ground - 2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
In a food processor, combine California Garden Chickpeas, onion, cinnamon, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Process ingredients until combined.
Add parsley and oats. Process mixture until you get a smooth texture.
Brush a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Shape the chickpeas mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until nicely golden. Serve immediately.
